This is a new recipe, found it on Pinterest! It turned out AWESOME! Not only does it look impressive, people thought it was a great compliment to the regular pumpkin pie.
Cinnamon Roll Pie Crust
1 Refrigerated pie crust
3 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Cinnamon (approx)
Roll out pie crust on floured counter. Spread Sugar/Cinnamon mixture all over pie crust. Roll up pie crust, fairly tight. Cut pieces of Cinnamon rolls out of crust. Cut VERY thin! Lay in bottom of pie dish, cover sides also. Press pieces together so that there are no holes. Bake pumpkin pie as usual. You could also make with apple pie! YUMMY!
