This was a new recipe that turned out GREAT! SUPER easy, throw it in the crock pot in the morning and have a delicious supper in the evening. I've never had chicken and dumplings so I can't compare it to other recipes. I definitely think its worth trying!
Crock pot Chicken and Dumplings
1 1/2 pds. Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 Can of Cream of Chicken
1 Can of Chicken Broth
4 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
4 Cans of H2O (Soup Can)
1 Cup Carrots diced
1 Can Pillsbury Biscuits
Put Raw Chicken, soup, chicken broth, bouillon cubes, and H2O in crock pot in low. Once Chicken is fully cooked, take out and shred. Return to crock pot. Add Carrots and Biscuits (cut into 4's). Cook on high for 3 hours. Do not stir. When finished mix biscuits in.
