This is a great recipe! Very tasty and easy.
2lbs. Hamburger
1 Box Stove Top Stuffing (Chicken Flavor)
2 Eggs
1 1/4 Cups of Water
Mix above ingredients until well blended. Form into 1 1/2 inch meatballs.
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange meatballs on baking sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven for 16-18 minutes.
Makes 32 Meatballs.
Freezes Well: Let meatballs completely cool and place in Freezer bag.
I served these with spaghetti.
