This is the perfect dish to bring to all those holiday gatherings! Everyone enjoys them. And, you can double them easily, you can still use a 9x13 pan or use a bigger baking dish (16x11). I got this recipe from my Mom, we always make it for our get-togethers.
Cheesy Potatoes
1 bag of cubed hash browns (frozen)
1 Small Sour Cream (16 oz)
1 (8 oz) bag Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
Mix together soup mix, cheese, and sour cream. Add frozen hash browns. Mix together well. Prepare your pan: Butter bottom of pan, smearing all over. Spread potato mixture into pan. Spread spats of butter all over top (the butter browns the top). Bake 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until top is nicely browned.
Enjoy!
