These are so Yummy! Chocolate, cookie dough, and brownies what more could you want. I got this recipe from a fellow coworker's wife, she was quite the baker. There are no eggs in the cookie dough part so you don't have to worry about the raw cookie dough.
Cookie dough brownies
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Cookie dough
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
Glaze
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp shortening
3/4 cup chopped nuts
In a mixing bowl combine sugar, flour, cocoa, salt. Add oil, eggs, and vanilla; beat for 3 min. Stir in nuts. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or till done. Cool completely. For cookie dough cream butter and sugars and add milk and vanilla, mix well. Beat in flour. Spread over cooled brownies, chill till firm. For glaze melt chips and shortening together. Spread over filling and top with nuts.
Enjoy!
