Mmm! So good....you will definitely want more than one! One of my weaknesses is peanut butter, and this has plenty of peanut butter. I found this recipe on Pinterest, definitely a keeper :) You are suppose to put them in the fridge to harden and I kept mine in there, I think they are better that way. This would be a great dessert to bring to any function, everyone will LOVE them.
Peanut Butter Bars
1 Cup Butter
1 Cup Peanut Butter
2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs (I didn't crush mine too fine, left pieces for texture)
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
4 TBSP Peanut Butter
Melt butter and 1 Cup Peanut Butter in medium saucepan. Add Graham Cracker Crumbs and Powdered Sugar. Make sure to mix well. Spray 9x13 pan with non stick cooking spray. Spread mixture into pan. In same saucepan, melt chocolate chips and remaining peanut butter. Mix together well while melting. Spread over mixture in pan. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Enjoy!
