This was super easy and yummy! I made this for breakfast this morning and it was definitely a hit with everyone. It's a hearty breakfast dish that feeds 6+ people.
Sausage and Egg Breakfast Bake
2lbs Bob Evans Sausage (original) Cooked and crumbled
2 Crescent Rolls
1 bag Shredded Cheddar Cheese
12 Eggs
Lay your crescent rolls in the bottom of a 9X13 pan (sprayed with non-stick cooking spray), press into the bottom of the pan. Spread your cooked sausage over the top of the crescent rolls. Mix eggs with a dash of milk, salt, and pepper, whip like scrambled eggs. Pour over the top of sausage. Spread cheese over top.
Bake 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Yummy!
