Please stick around to check out this recipe, I know the title may turn you away! The first time I had this, my Mom made it and had me taste it, I didn't even know it was avocados!
Chocolate Avocado Pudding
I usually double to make a few batches
2 medium avocados pitted and peeled
6 tbsp cocoa powder
6 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey
1/2-1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
drop of lemon juice
Place all ingredients in food processor or blender. Blend until completely smooth.
You can serve with chopped pistachios on top!
